400m - Girls - Final. Nawal El Jack to dedicate Sudan the first golden medal.
Nawal El Jack ( SUD), who is only sixteen, grabbed the golden 400m women medal, with a championship record and a personal best ( 51.83 ). The Croatian, Danijela Grgic, won the silver medal with a personal best ( 51.30 ). The bronze medal went to Aymée Martinez from Cuba with a personal best ( 52.04 ).
400m - Boys - Final. Adam Mohammed Al-Nour to offer Sudan the second gold medal.
The Sudanese runner, Al Nour, snatched gold out of his contestants jaws. He improved his personal best ( 46.56 ) as well. Julius Kirwa ( Ken ) and Brishon Nellum ( USA ) won silver and bronze respectively. Also, they developed their personal bests.
Ebony Collins ( USA ), a gold medal winner and a championship record breaker in the 400m hurdles women.
Ebony Collins has finally made a name for herself. She grabbed gold in time of 57.87sec in the 400m hurdles final.
Lauren Boden ( AUS ), and Aya Miyahara ( IND ) won silver and bronze respectively.
The Morrocan contestant, Hayat Lambarki, failed to be in the loop for a medal. She came last in the race.
800m - Boys- Final. Gilbert Kipkurui Keter ( KEN ), a winner of gold and a championship record breaker ( 1:48.42 ).
The Kenyan Gilbert Keter, the man of storming performances, won gold and smashed the championship record of the 800m disipline. The silver medal went to his compatriot, Jackson Mumbwa Kivuna who signed his personal best ( 1:48.57 ). The South African, Jan Masenamela, won bronze.
Although they didn’t snatch a medal, Shaka Ntsimako ( BOT ), and Jamaal James ( TRI ) were able to improve their personal bests.
Long Jump - Boys - Final. Noffke Chris ( AUS ) jumps longer than expected.
Gold medallist winner and world youth leader.The Australian Noffke Chris jumped ( 7.97 )m breaking the championship record while Talnar Tiberiu ( ROM), and Sabino Cleiton ( BRA) won silver and bronze respectively. Sabino also improved his personal best with a jump of 7.49m.
1500 meters - Girls - Final. Chepkirui Sheila ( KEN), to pull off the victory smashing the championship record ( 4: 12. 29 )
The Japanese Kobayashi Yuriko ( 4:13 .96 ), and the Ethiopean Mohammed Bizunesh Urgesa ( 4: 19. 34 ) came second and third with personal bests.
2000 Steeplechase - Boys - Final. Tahar Tarek Mubarek ( BHR ) to break the world youth record ( 5:23.95 ) and to dedicate his country the first medal.
Tahar Mubarek from Bahrain dedicated his country a golden medal and smashed the world youth record powerfully. The silver and the bronze medals went to the Kenyans Mutai Abdel Kiprob, and Kiplagat Bisluke Kipkorir respectively. They improved their personal bests as well.
In the same discipline, the Moroccan Ait Bahmad Abdelghani did a great race. He improved his personal best. Unfortunately he got off the loop for a medal and came third.
High Jump - Girls – Final. Gu Biwei (CH) to dedicate China the second gold medal.
Biwei from China grabbed the gold medal with a clearance of 1.87m. The silver medal went to Begg Sophia (1.85). Yveseyeva Yekaterina won silver.
1500 Metres – Boys – Heats. El Kaam Fouad ( MOR ) to compete for a medal.
El Kaam Fouad (MOR) sustains his country’s chance for a first medal, 1500m final to be held on Sunday afternoon.Twelve athletes breeze through the last round. Among them are: Kiplaqat Leonard ( KEN), Ali Belal Mansour and Bader Bader Khalil (BRN) will possibly be in the loop for a medal.
Hammer Throw (5kg) - Boys – Final. Palhegyi Sandor To break the championship record and to dedicate Hungary the first medal.
Palhegyi Sandor( HUN) grabbed the golden medal, and smached the chamiomship record with a throw of (1.89). Vynnyk Artem (UKR), and Smith Alexander (GBR) won silver and bronze respectively.
